Winter is upon us, and that means it’s time for Gem to head to the workshop for a few little bits of attention and some dry storage over the winter months. Luckily, she’s solid, so most of the work I’ll be doing is cosmetic – touching up paint here and there, smoothing out a few wrinkles in the panel, removing rusty bonnet pins and so on.
Also, I’ll be pulling the comedy £35 Brighton engine to replace the clutch, manifold, crank, and port & polish the head. That’s all very exciting!
